These terms apply to your use of encirco.com and to all quotes, orders and services supplied by Encirco Limited. Encirco is a trade-only supplier: by ordering you confirm you are acting in the course of a business and not as a consumer.
Part A – Website terms
- Content on this site, including images, copy and designs, belongs to Encirco or its clients and may not be copied without permission.
- We aim to keep information accurate but it is provided for general guidance and may change without notice.
- You must keep portal login details secure and must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access or upload malicious files.
Part B – Terms of supply
1. Quotes and orders
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A contract is formed when we accept your order in writing or begin production.
2. Artwork and proofs
- You are responsible for supplying suitable files (correct dimensions, bleed, resolution and outlined fonts). We can advise but are not liable for errors in supplied artwork.
- We will issue a proof where applicable. Production starts only once you approve it, and approval confirms spelling, sizing, layout and colour as shown.
- Changes after approval may be charged and may affect lead times.
3. Colour and tolerances
Screen colours (RGB) differ from printed output (CMYK), and slight variation between print batches, media and laminates is normal. Pre-cut and plotter-cut items are produced to the templates and measurements supplied or selected; minor variations within industry tolerances are not defects.
4. Intellectual property
You confirm you have the right to use all logos, trademarks and artwork you send us, and you indemnify us against any third-party claims arising from them. Designs created by our studio remain our property until paid for in full. We will never use your artwork to train AI models.
5. Prices and payment
Prices exclude VAT unless stated. Unless you hold an approved credit account, payment is due before dispatch. Credit account invoices are payable within the agreed terms; we may charge statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 on overdue sums.
6. Delivery and risk
Lead times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery; title passes when we receive full payment. Please inspect deliveries and report damage or shortages within 48 hours.
7. Faults and reprints
If goods are faulty due to our production, tell us within 7 days of delivery and before installation. We will reprint or credit the affected items. We are not responsible for issues caused by installation, surface preparation, misuse or approved proof errors.
8. Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the price of that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit, labour or installation costs. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law.
9. Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before production starts. Once materials are printed or cut to your specification they cannot be cancelled or returned.
10. Confidentiality
We treat your client work as confidential and are happy to sign NDAs on request. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
